Where are you located?

We are right in the middle of Slidell, Louisiana, on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain. Our classroom is located at 1000 Rue Bordeaux, Slidell, Louisiana 70458. Our range time is at F.I.T.S. Indoor Range located at 3191 Terrace Avenue Suite A, Slidell, Louisiana 70458.

What’s included in your class?

In a nutshell, our Concealed Handgun Permit Class includes the following:

—9 hours of personal instruction including classroom and range time

—Target

—Range time at F.I.T.S. Indoor Range

—Certificate to submit with your concealed handgun permit application upon successful completion of course

What do I need to bring?

—Semi-automatic pistol or revolver

—50 rounds of ammunition for your pistol

—Eye protection

—Ear protection

—Lunch or money to eat at a local restaurant (several nearby)

How old do I have to be to take the class?

The state of Louisiana requires concealed handgun permit holders to be at least 21 years old. You can be younger and take the class, but you won’t be able to apply for your permit.

How much do classes cost?

Tuition for publicly scheduled classes is $140 per person. Private classes, which can be broken into more than one session, are available upon request. Please contact us for pricing.
